London, UK, 10 December 2019 – i3forum, a not-for-profit industry body enabling and accelerating transformation across the carrier ecosystem, has added three new members that include an expert in Blockchain-based settlement and clearing networks, a Global Mobile Network Operator (MNO), and an international Voice carrier.
