Global telecommunications executive with extensive experience in international voice, antifraud and wholesale business, currently serving as Global Voice Director at Telefónica Global Solutions.

Throughout her career within the Telefónica Group — including Telefónica España, Telefónica International Wholesale Services (TIWS), Telefónica Global Roaming and Telefónica Global Solutions — she has built a strong international profile, holding leadership roles across sales, marketing, product management, business development and strategy. During her early commercial career, she managed global client portfolios across five continents, developing a deep understanding of international markets and multicultural environments.

She has played a key role in major integration programs following strategic Telefonica Group acquisitions, including BellSouth (Latin America), O2 (UK, Ireland, Germany) and E Plus (Germany). As part of the E Plus integration, she relocated to Germany, where she currently serves as Managing Director of Telefónica Global Solutions Germany, alongside her duties as Global Voice Director, driving international business from a key European hub.

She was instrumental in building Telefónica’s unified global voice model, a pioneering initiative that consolidated the international wholesale voice business across seventeen operating companies into a single structure, delivering significant efficiencies and scale for the Group.

Since 2018, she has led global anti fraud initiatives in voice, driving the development of advanced, technology driven and digitalized solutions, recognized multiple times by the industry for innovation and effectiveness.

In her current role, she is focused on transforming the voice business towards cloud-based and digital models, driving innovation, customer protection and the evolution of global communications services. She actively represents Telefónica in international industry forums, contributing to discussions on security, standardization and the future of telecoms.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Global Leader Forum´s (GLF) Chair Award at the Global Connectivity Awards 2025, highlighting her contribution to advancing voice services and anti fraud innovation across the industry.

She holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain and is fluent in five languages
