Linda is a seasoned telecom executive with extensive experience in Telecom industry. As the SVP, Mobility and International Business at PCCW Global, she is dedicated in driving innovation, developing strategy, and fostering partnerships with mobile operators and international carriers.  

Previously, Linda held leadership roles at Telstra, Pacnet, and Verizon, where she led cross-functional teams and expanded business across multiple regions.  Linda’s expertise spans mobility, IoT, cloud, submarine cable, data, voice, and SMS, with deep knowledge of the international market. She also contributes to the industry through board and advisory roles, including i3Forum and PTC.  

Linda holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
