Congratulations to Philippe Millet and Eli Katz – Named Among Capacity’s Most Influential People of 2025!

We’re delighted to share that Philippe Millet, Chairman and Founder of the i3Forum, has been recognized as one of Capacity’s Most Influential People in 2025. As the founder of i3Forum in 2008, Philippe has consistently driven meaningful change through collaboration and continues to lead global efforts to restore trust in international communications.

More recently, Philippe founded and now chairs One Consortium, bringing together the international telecommunications ecosystem to combat unwanted and fraudulent voice calls and text messages in close cooperation with the Regulators participating in GIRAF, the second pillar of the RestoreTrust initiative. His leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment continue to advance innovation and raise standards across the industry.

We’re also proud to congratulate Eli Katz, CEO of XConnect and i3Forum Board Member, who has also been named among Capacity’s Most Influential People of 2025. In addition to his leadership roles at XConnect and i3Forum, Eli serves as Lifetime President of the Comms Council UK and as a Leadership Council member of One Consortium, where he works alongside Philippe and other industry leaders to strengthen cooperation between the telecom ecosystem and regulators in the fight against illegal and unwanted international communications.
